Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years of experience in home health or hospital setting.
• Competency assessments must be completed.
• Current Oklahoma RN license, CPR, driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Ability to interact with a computer and iPad for charting and documentation.

• Conduct physical examinations and assessments of patients, including vital signs, physical status, mental status, and diet.
• Develop and implement written Plans of Care with patients following physician's orders and according to agency guidelines.
• Perform and document nursing interventions, including patient education, according to the Plan of Care.
• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in performing baseline nursing skills, including wound care, lab draws, IVs, and more.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Document patient status accurately and concisely.

As a PRN RN, you will provide prescribed nursing care services to patients in their homes, following a Plan of Care (POC) according to their needs.
