Job summary

Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Massachusetts seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. The role covers skilled clinical care, monitoring residents, and ensuring care plans are followed.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay and shift differentials, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth. Valid MA RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

  • Active MA RN license
  • Valid BLS/CPR certification
  • Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
  • Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
  • Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
  • Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA.
  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
  • Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
