Job summary

Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, Florida is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the evening shift to deliver resident-centered care.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership, enforce protocols, perform daily rounds, support facility surveys, and promptly address resident and family concerns, with a focus on quality and compassion.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure high standards of resident care.
• Enforce nursing protocols and ensure regulatory and facility guideline compliance.
• Perform daily nursing rounds to verify adherence to care plans and clinical best practices.
• Assist with facility surveys, including preparation of documentation and follow-up actions.
• Respond promptly to resident and family concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
