Job summary

Flagler Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This RN will supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily care during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

We offer a supportive, patient-centered environment with opportunities for growth and professional development. Shifts are 3p-11p and 11p-7a, with both full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

  • BSN preferred
  • Current RN license in the state of employment
  • Peripheral IV certification
  • Two years of clinical nursing experience
  • One year of management experience (preferred)
  • One year of geriatrics or subacute care
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; additional languages helpful

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.
  • Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
  • Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
  • Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
