Job summary

Pilot Butte Rehab Center in Bend, Oregon is seeking an RN to join a fast-paced, family-like team. Responsibilities include medication assistance, nursing services, and supervising staff to support resident well-being.

You will work on developing care plans, following infection control rules, documenting care, and responding to health emergencies within the RN scope and state guidelines. New grads encouraged to apply.

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing


• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents


• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations


• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans


• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures


• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.


• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
