Pilot Butte Rehab Center in Bend, Oregon is seeking an LPN to contribute to resident-focused care in a true team setting. This fast-paced environment emphasizes family-like dynamics and comprehensive patient support.

Responsibilities include medication administration, staff supervision, maintaining care plans, infection control, and timely documentation. New grads are encouraged to apply, with a new wage scale and strong benefits package.

Qualificações

• Current LPN license in good standing.

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You Will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing


• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents


• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations


• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans


• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures


• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation


• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing


• New grads are encouraged to apply!
