Hcshiring in Washington State is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to support resident care, assist with medication administration, provide nursing services, and train staff under the director of nursing.

You will promote dignity, privacy and independence in a home‑like setting, follow infection control procedures, document accurately, and respond to health emergencies within your RN scope.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in good standing.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in resident care and medication administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.

• Assist residents with ADLs and medications while encouraging self-care.
• Ensure care according to resident plans and maintain documentation.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures and update care records.

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
