The Detroit Medical Center (DMC) Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of the Patient Care Services Team. The RN is responsible for the satisfactory completion of nursing care by the nursing team. This role involves managing and providing patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with all team members, including support services. The RN's responsibilities encompass leadership, partnership, collaboration, teaching, and supervision.
