Job summary

Franciscan Alliance Chesterton Emergency Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN alternating position in the Chesterton Emergency Department. The team emphasizes listening, seeing, and caring for patients while delivering comprehensive care and rapid assessment in a fast-paced setting.

Minimum start pay is $34.00 per hour, with rotating weekends and holidays. Associate degree required; RN license in the state or NLC is required; BSN is desirable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited program is required.
• BSN desirable.
• Licensed RN in the state or listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Experienced Emergency/Critical Care Nurses Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in Chesterton Emergency Department.
• Develop and implement a plan of care for each patient, including reassessment and evaluation.
