Job summary

Franciscan Health Crown Point is seeking a registered nurse for the 12-bed Clinical Decision Unit - Observation. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients on a fast-paced unit, ensuring compassionate, evidence-based nursing.

Shifts are 0.6 FTE nights (7pm–7am) with alternating weekends and holidays. Starting pay is $34/hour, with opportunities for professional development in a faith-based, mission-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state.
• Experienced Nurses Required

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and assessment on the observation unit.
• Observe and document patient conditions during shift.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

QAULIFICATIONS:

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Experienced Nurses Required
