Job summary

Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for evening/night coverage to provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care. Nurses develop and execute plans of care, continually reassessing each patient’s needs within a faith-based, mission-driven hospital system.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), active RN license in Indiana, and BLS; ACLS is required, with TNCC/ENPC preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid Indiana license (RN)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• BSN desirable
• TNCC & ENPC preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status, respond to changes promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Required: BLS - Basic Life Support
• Required: ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Suppor t
• Preferred: TNCC & ENPC
