Franciscan Health Dyer Campus in Dyer, Indiana is seeking an RN to join a 30-bed IMCU/step-down unit. You will provide direct patient care, develop plans of care, and collaborate with a faith-based, mission-focused team.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) and active RN license with BLS certification. Travel is never required for this role, and typical patient ratios are 1:4.

Qualificações

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care
• 2-year RN experience preferred
• 5 years if education is Diploma in Nursing must have active RN license and recent 3-5 years acute care experience Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care on an IMCU/Step-down unit.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care for patients.
• Maintain typical patient ratios of 1:4 and monitor patient status.
