Job summary

Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus is seeking registered nurses to join the skilled nursing team in a 63-bed emergency unit. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, develop and implement care plans, and work in a fast-paced environment with day and weekend shifts.

Full-time and part-time positions available, with a weekend differential of $5. The organization values faith-based, mission-focused care and offers professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN with Indiana license (NLC where applicable)
• ADN required, BSN desirable
• Experience welcomed, new grads encouraged to apply

• Provide patient-centered care by actively listening, assessing, and forming a plan of care

QUALIFICATIONS

• A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.


• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable


• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)


• Experienced and new graduate Nurses are welcome
