Job summary

Franciscan Alliance is seeking an RN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care at the Michigan City Campus. The role involves float coverage across Franciscan emergency departments, with a focus on assessing, planning, and coordinating care for diverse patients.

Minimum start pay is $34/hour, with float adder. Requires Indiana RN license, BLS and ACLS, an associate degree (BSN desirable), and willingness to work 11a–11p shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited program is required; BSN desirable.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Required: BLS; Required: ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by developing and implementing a plan of care; reassess and evaluate patient progress.
• Float to Franciscan Michigan City Emergency, Franciscan Chesterton Emergency & Franciscan LaPorte Emergency as needed.
