Grafton Integrated Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse - PRN to deliver professional nursing care to residents across potential multiple locations in Minnesota. The role requires documenting care, administering medications, and coordinating with physicians and guardians.
The position involves day, evening, and overnight shifts with potential on-call duties. You will supervise medication administration, contribute to client health plans, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

Under general supervision, provides nursing services and health care to Grafton residents. Performs a variety of nursing duties associated with monitoring residents’ health and general well being, managing health issues and providing health care. May perform work at a variety of Grafton locations. Reports to the Director of Nursing.
