Job summary

Griswold Home Care in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a highly flexible PRN role, focusing on client assessments, care plan development, and clinical oversight for our non-medical home care clients.

The ideal candidate holds a current Virginia RN license, brings home care or geriatric experience, and demonstrates strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills while working independently with a flexible schedule.

This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys working independently and wants to use their clinical experience in a meaningful way without committing to a traditional full-time nursing schedule.

The role focuses primarily on client assessments, developing and updating Plans of Care, documentation, and clinical oversight for our non-medical home care clients.

• Provide clinical oversight consistent with Virginia home care requirements
• Support caregiver competency and training needs
