Job summary

Accurate Home Care is seeking a Private Duty Nurse (RN) to deliver adult and pediatric in-home nursing care in Elk River, MN. This role offers one-on-one patient care, opportunity to build relationships, and meaningful, hands-on practice with life-sustaining care.

Starting hourly rate is $37.00 with flexible 8-12 hour shifts. Benefits include health insurance reimbursement, 401k, CEUs, paid time off, on-demand pay, and referral bonus up to $3,000.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English.
• Education and experience in home nursing services.
• BLS/CPR certification renewed as recommended.
• Ability to lift/position/transfer up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation per scope of practice.
• Communicate health status with physician and care team.
• Provide care ranging from tracheostomy/ventilators to feeding tubes, wound care and seizure management.

What will I be doing?
