What will I be doing?

• Implement the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on scope of practice.
• Communicate with physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary patient care team regarding the health status of patients.
• Provide a variety of cares ranging from tracheostomy and ventilator management to feeding tubes, wound care, and seizure management.

Qualifications / Skills

• Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
• Education and experience in the scope of services offered by the agency.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross, renewed at recommended frequencies.
• Ability to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50 lbs.
