Accurate Home Care in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. You will perform the nursing process, communicate with physicians, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support patients at home.

Qualified candidates hold a Minnesota RN license, are fluent in English, and have BLS CPR certification. We offer 8–12 hour shifts, competitive pay starting at $37/hour, generous health insurance reimbursement, 401k, CEUs, PTO, and on‑demand pay access.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English for patient communication and documentation.
• Experience with nursing processes and care planning.
• Ability to read medical charts and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification maintained as required.

Responsabilités

• Perform nursing assessment, diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Communicate health status with physician and care team.
• Provide care ranging from tracheostomy and ventilator support to wound care and seizure management.

What will I be doing?

• Implementing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementing, evaluating based on scope of practice.

• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.
