Job summary

Accurate Home Care in Zimmerman, MN is seeking a Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to deliver one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, for adult and pediatric cases. This role offers meaningful, shift-based work with flexibility and a strong support team.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, communicating with physicians and the care team, and managing care such as tracheostomy/ventilator support, feeding tubes, wounds, and seizure management.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Minnesota.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• BLS CPR certification through recognized provider.
• Experience in home health care is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
