Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Registered Nurse to join Leominster Family Practice. You will deliver a full range of medical support services and strive for the highest patient care and satisfaction.

Location: 225 New Lancaster Rd, Leominster, MA. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Pay ranges from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour for full-time work, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed RN in the State of Massachusetts.
• Proven knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care or through telephone management.
• Interviews patient and family, assesses needs and prioritizes problems.
• Plans for care with patient and multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Implements interventions and revises the plan based on patient needs/outcomes.
• Documents all aspects of patient care and education; uses EMR tools.
• Administers, monitors and evaluates therapies and medications.
• Initiates IV therapy as trained and administers IV medications.
• Ensures nursing judgments are based on patient needs; reports to physician.
