Reliant Medical Group in Holden, MA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Family Practice team. This 38.75-hour weekly role features a rotating schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You will document care, coordinate with clinicians, perform nursing interventions, manage IV therapy as needed, and use EPIC EMR to ensure timely preventive services. Eligible candidates may receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus; comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensed RN in Massachusetts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.

Aufgaben

• Provides effective patient care directly to patients or through telephone management.
• Delivers care based on patient’s specific needs and assesses patient problems.
• Plans for care collaboratively with patient and multidisciplinary team.
• Implements interventions and evaluates plan based on patient needs.
• Initiates nursing interventions to maximize health capabilities and reassess plan.
• Administers, monitors and evaluates all therapeutic interventions, including IV therapy as required.
• Documents all aspects of patient care and education; reports to physician.
