Job summary

Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Family Practice team in Leominster, MA. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

As part of Optum Care Delivery, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, utilize EMR tools, and support a patient-centric care model focused on improving outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensed RN in Massachusetts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care or via telephone management.
• Interviews patient and significant others; assesses physical, psychosocial, and behavioral status.
• Collaborates with patient and healthcare team to plan care.
• Implements and evaluates interventions; revises plan as needed.
• Administers medications safely and according to policies and laws.
• Initiates IV therapy as trained; administers IV medications as required.
• Documents all aspects of patient care and education accurately.
