Reliant Medical Group, part of Atrius Health, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for Medical/Surgical Specialties at our Leominster location. The role supports the team with direct patient care, medication administration, and patient education in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Full‑time position (38.75 hours/week) with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for external candidates; competitive benefits package including 401k and stock purchase options; BLS required and MA LPN license in good

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a state-approved school of practical nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a practical nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Able to use all electronic tools and applications relevant to the performance of the duties of the position.

Aufgaben

• Functions within a designated clinical team.
• Obtains and documents relevant patient information and intervenes within scope of practice.
• Provides standard patient education under the plan of care.
• Obtains vital signs and other department-based testing.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments as directed.
• Starts and monitors intravenous infusions and communicates IV needs to RN/clinician.
• Documents all patient care activities in the EMR.
• Explains procedures to patients to facilitate understanding.
• Performs set‑ups for examinations and procedures.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and communicates with health care team.
