Job summary

A-Line Staffing is seeking a Licensed RN for a Primary Care Clinic in Wisconsin. This full-time position offers a 35-hour work week with 3 or 4 days and alternating weekends. Business hours span 8:30am–7:30pm on weekdays and varied Saturday/Sunday hours.

Assignments are six months with potential extensions or conversion to permanent employment; compensation is $58.80 per hour. Responsibilities include administering vaccines, monitoring vital signs, performing assessments, providing on-site

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with experience in primary care, urgent care, family or internal medicine, outpatient clinics, or emergency settings preferred.
• Clinical skills include vaccines, vital signs, patient assessment, and documentation in EHR.
• Ability to provide patient education and coordinate care with team.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications as ordered.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status.
• Perform routine and complex patient assessments and document results.
• Provide on-site emergency care in collaboration with the provider.
• Review medications for interactions and safety.
• Conduct mental health screenings and document findings.
• Document medical histories and treatments in the EHR.
• Educate patients on medications and disease management.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services and community resources.
• Assist with patient flow, registration, and scheduling.
• Chaperone during sensitive examinations while ensuring privacy.
• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and waiting areas.
