Job summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring an RN for a Primary Care Clinic in Minnesota. This full-time opportunity offers a 35-hour work week with 3–4 days plus every other weekend, and hours spanning 8:30am–7:30pm on weekdays and weekend hours as listed.

The position includes benefits, a company 401(k) plan, and potential for extension or permanent placement. Responsibilities include immunizations, vital signs, patient assessments, medication reviews, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Experience in a Primary Care/Urgent Care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications.
• Measure and document vital signs.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor pain levels.
• Provide emergency care with on-site provider.
• Review medications for interactions and contraindications.
• Conduct mental health screenings.
• Document medical histories and treatments in the EHR.
• Educate patients on meds, treatments, self-care, and disease management.
• Coordinate patient access to healthcare services and resources.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Handle patient registration, intake, and scheduling.
• Support patient flow and waiting area management.
• Serve as chaperone during sensitive exams.
• Maintain clean, organized clinic spaces.
• Assist with additional clinical and admin duties as needed.
