Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions in Liberty, MO, is hiring an RN for a Primary Care Clinic. This full-time role offers 35 hours weekly, with a 3–4 day work pattern and alternating weekends, and a competitive pay of $58.80 per hour. Benefits are provided to full-time staff along with a 401(k) plan with company match.

Assignments are six months with potential extension or conversion. Responsibilities include administering vaccines and meds, recording vitals, performing assessments, and coordinating care

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Family or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Experience in outpatient clinics or emergency room is highly valued.
• Independence and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications.
• Record vital signs accurately.
• Perform patient assessments and document results.
• Provide emergency care with on-site provider.
• Review medications for interactions and side effects.
• Conduct mental health screenings.
• Document medical histories in the EHR.
• Educate patients about medications and self-care.
• Coordinate access to healthcare services and community resources.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff.
• Handle patient registration, intake, scheduling, and reminders.
• Assist with patient flow and waiting room management.
• Chaperone sensitive examinations while maintaining privacy.
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain clinic areas.
• Support team with additional clinical/admin duties as needed.
