Job summary

Westside Surgical Center, an ambulatory surgery center in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeks a Registered Nurse to support pre-op, PACU, and stepdown care. You will assess patients, deliver individualized care, monitor recovery, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and optimal outcomes.

Requirements include an accredited RN program graduate, an active Ohio RN license, and at least 1 year of OR/perioperative nursing experience.

• Current BLS; ACLS required within 6 months.

Westside Surgical Center is an ambulatory surgery center located in Cincinnati, Ohio. With two operating rooms, and four procedure rooms, the center provides high-quality, cost-effective outpatient procedural care primarily for GI, Endoscopies, and Ophthalmologic care.

Role Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) supports pre-op, PACU, and stepdown patient care at Westside Surgery Center. This position is responsible for assessing patients, delivering individualized nursing care, monitoring recovery, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and optimal outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of an accredited RN program

• Current Ohio RN license (unencumbered)

• At least 1 year of OR or perioperative nursing experience (within last 3–5 years)

• Current BLS (ACLS required within 6 months)

• Preferred: Member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday)
