Registered Nurse II – Med/Surg Per Diem

Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12‑hour shifts). Commitment Options: 60 or 84 hours in 4‑week blocks.

What to Expect

• Pay rates are based on your monthly hour commitment (60 or 84 hours per 4‑week block).
• 12‑hour shifts available (day or night).
• Initial training includes 10‑day shifts during your first month for New Employee Orientation, Nursing Orientation, and unit training.

Requirements

PD60 = $54/hr & PD84 = $56/hr. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
