Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Delaware seeks an experienced Registered Nurse II for the Operating Room Per Diem team. You will support perioperative care across Christiana Hospital, Christiana Surgery Center, and Wilmington Hospitals as needed, embracing a collaborative environment and high standards of patient safety.

The role offers per diem shifts (12-, 10-, and 8-hour options) with opportunities to sign up for 84-hour monthly blocks and self-scheduling. BSN preferred; CNOR a plus.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to acquiring within three years of hire.
• Current RN licensure required.
• Three years or more of Operating Room RN experience is REQUIRED.
• CNOR certification is a plus.

Education

BSN or enrollment in BSN program within 3 years
