Sevita's Rainbow Gardens Adult Day Center in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Relief for Per Diem day shifts, including some Saturdays. Join a mission-driven team providing compassionate, person-centered nursing care to adults and seniors in a daytime, community-based setting.

You will conduct health assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and train staff while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Maryland RN license required.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and nursing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor participant health and address medical concerns.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Provide medical guidance and training to program staff.
• Participate in care planning and provide nursing expertise.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, person-centered environment.

Job description

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Relief

Location: Rainbow Gardens Adult Day Center | Gaithersburg, MD

Schedule: Per Diem | Day Shift | Some Saturdays

Wage: $36.00/hour

Language Preference: Bilingual Russian Speaking Preferred
