Job summary

Sevita’s North Shore Adult Day Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centered care to adults and seniors in our daytime program. You’ll assess health status, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support well-being and independence.

The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, a competitive hourly wage with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Caring, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants’ health and wellness.
• Complete health assessments.
• Give medications and treatments as ordered.
• Help create and follow individual care plans.
• Provide health education and wellness support.

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.
