🩺 About the Role

As a Pediatric RN, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care in the home setting, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being for children with complex medical needs. You’ll collaborate closely with families to deliver care that is both clinically sound and emotionally supportive.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care to pediatric clients.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and manage medical equipment (e.g., G‑tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators).
• Identify changes in condition and respond appropriately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and caregivers.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Support families through education and empowerment.

✅ Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York State (required).
• Pediatric experience preferred, but strong interest and willingness to learn are welcome.
• BLS and PALS certifications (preferred).
• Familiarity with pediatric home care technology is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and empathy.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to commute to assigned home care cases in NYC.

📍 Locations & Schedule

• In-person care in Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Manhattan, and The Bronx.
• Daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available.
• Part-time and per diem roles | 16–40 hours/week.
