Job summary

Affimed Home Care in Paramus, NJ is hiring RNs and LPNs for flexible pediatric home care. Join a compassionate team delivering 1:1 nursing to children, with scheduling that fits daytime, evenings or weekends, and opportunities to build long-term relationships with families.

You’ll provide skilled nursing per individualized plans, maintain clear documentation, and work with a supportive clinical leadership team. Active NJ RN/LPN license and current BLS required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care).
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

We have multiple pediatric cases available immediately in Paramus and surrounding areas, offering flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with the families you serve. Whether you prefer daytime, evenings, or weekends, we help you create a schedule that fits your life.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 pediatric care — supporting each child’s comfort, safety, and daily needs with compassion, patience, and clinical skill
• Partner with families and our pediatric clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Deliver skilled nursing care based on each child’s individualized plan
• Maintain clear communication and reliable documentation

Pay Rates

• RN: $45/hr
• LPN: $40/hr

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN License
• Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
