Qualifications

• Current Connecticut State RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric clinical home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, individualized nursing care in the home setting.
• Developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Obtaining physician orders in accordance with regulations.
• Monitoring clients and communicating changes to physicians and care team.
• Supervising nursing staff on pediatric cases.
• Conducting weekly nursing orientations.
• Performing nursing competency assessments in office or home.
