Job summary

Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric ICU on a PRN basis. The role provides professional nursing care, coordinating with families and the care team to implement and evaluate the plan of care.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

• Associate Degree in nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with patient’s family and health care team.
• Coordinate and evaluate the plan of care with physicians and other staff.
• Be part of the Pediatric ICU nursing team as a PRN RN.

Job Summary And Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY: To provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process. In collaboration with the patient’s family and other members of the health care delivery team, including physicians, implements, evaluates and coordinates the plan of care. What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
