Job summary

Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric ICU on a PRN basis. You will provide professional nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with families, and coordinate with the health care team.

Requires ACLS, BCLS, PALS within 30 days, RN license, and Associate Degree. No travel. 1 year experience required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas (in good standing)
• ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications obtained within 30 days of start date
• Associate Degree required for RN position
• 1 year of experience in nursing or pediatric ICU preferred

Job Summary and Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY:

To provide professional nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process. In collaboration with the patient’s family and other members of the health care delivery team, including physicians, implements, evaluates and coordinates the plan of care. What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
