Ascension in Austin, TX seeks a compassionate RN for Pediatric ED, nights, part-time. Provide direct patient care consistent with standards and physician orders, monitor patients and coordinate care.

You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, participate in discharge planning, and ensure licensure and ALS/PALS requirements are met; this role supports a dynamic pediatric emergency department environment.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire; AHA/ARC accepted.
• BLS Provider required within 1 month of hire; AHA/ARC accepted.
• PALS required within 6 months of hire; AHA/ARC accepted.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
