Ascension is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Pediatric/Cardiac ICU team at Ascension Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. This FT Day role focuses on post-operative pediatric cardiac care, including hemodynamic monitoring and family-centered collaboration.

You'll lead care for post-op patients, manage ventilators and invasive lines, and work with cardiologists and surgeons to ensure the best outcomes for children with congenital heart conditions.

Qualificações

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
• Pediatric Open Heart experience.

• Advanced Mechanical & Pharmacological Support: Manage ECMO, VADs, and complex vasoactive infusions for critically ill pediatric cardiac patients.
• Post-Surgical Critical Care: Deliver post-operative recovery care, managing ventilators, pacemakers, chest tubes, and invasive lines.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with cardiologists and surgeons to deliver family-centered critical care.
