Incredible Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse for the PCU/Stepdown at Neptune, NJ, serving patients with medium to high acuity. The role includes monitoring vitals, IV drips, and coordinating care with physicians and therapists to ensure timely treatment.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher, RN license, BLS/ACLS, and has experience in stepdown, neurology, or cardiac care. Enjoy shift options (day/night/mid) with full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules and strong hospital

Qualificações

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting preferred
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac rhythm interpretation and other advanced nursing care practices
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized care for patients with medium to high acuity needs, closely monitoring vital signs, IV drips and other key indicators
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans, ensuring that medical orders are carried out accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Educate patients and their families on the management of their acute or chronic conditions, including the proper use of equipment like BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen and vital sign or blood sugar monitors
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records, adhering to hospital and departmental policies and regulations

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Bariatric, BiPap monitoring, COVID, CVA, Cardiac Drip Management, DKA patients, High acuity patients, Post cardiac intervention, or Sheath pulls.
