Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an Adult Med Surg Registered Nurse for a night shift (4x12 hours) in Toledo, OH. The role encompasses mixed unit PCU, Med Surg Tele and Med Surg with floating within the service line as needed to meet facility needs.

Requirements include ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications, 1 year of experience, and willingness to float across units. Two-week notice may apply for schedule changes.

• First-timers accepted: Yes.
• Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Telemetry - Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Response.
• Endocrine/Metabolic: Titration of insulin drips.
• IV Therapy/Phlebotomy; Central line care/management; Peripheral Lines.

Shift: Night (4x12 Hours) 18:45 7:15 Description: ***Mixed unit PCU, Med Surg Tele and Med Surg travelers will have all levels

Ratios: 1:4 all shifts

Years of experience REQ: 1 year

First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Yes

Weekend REQ: Yes every other, Nights Shift is Friday & Saturday Evenings.

Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS, and NIH

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? N Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Floating within service line, floating between Toledo, Flower, Bay Park, & Wildwood facilities as needed.

Float Units: Neuro/ Stroke, Cardiac, Orthopedic, Trauma, Oncology, General Surg, Uro/Vascular, Observation

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): No

Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No local travelers 50 miles or less

Pending License accepted: (Y/N): No

RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days will require Management approval
