Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Current Ohio licensure.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (RN).
• 1-2 years’ nursing experience.
• For Breast Center positions, ONCC certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Plans care for participants and families based on assessments and standards.
• Initiates individualized patient care guidelines and pathways.
• Maintains current plan of care and updates as needed.
• Performs technical nursing skills and documents interventions.
• Triage calls, schedules appointments and surgeries, and manages medication requests.
• Supports daily clinic operations and Epic EMR documentation.
