Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse – Infusion at the Good Samaritan Infusion Center in Western Ridge. You will deliver direct and indirect holistic nursing care, collaborating with physicians and the health care team to meet patient needs.

The role requires an Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma, with a BSN within five years, and up to one year of clinical nursing experience. BLS certification is required. This is a full-time, day shift position with weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse required.
• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN within 5 years of hire required.
• Up to 1 year clinical in nursing required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family. Documents ongoing assessment and communicates findings to the care team.
• Plans care for patient and family, initiates and updates the plan of care, includes discharge planning.
• Provides a safe, therapeutic environment, respects patient autonomy and rights, and communicates plans to others.
• Evaluates the plan of care with the team and revises as needed based on patient input.
• Performs technical skills, safely administers medications and treatments, and uses equipment appropriately.
• Assumes educational responsibilities and shares knowledge with colleagues, supporting continuous improvement.
