Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate EHR documentation.
• Administers medications and therapies per clinical protocols as needed.
• Communicates effectively, resolves conflicts, and delegates appropriately.
• Pursues professional development and maintains required certifications.
• Complies with ANA Code of Ethics and policies for ethical, unbiased patient care.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide age-appropriate patient care across life span.
