North Carolina Baptist Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care and lead improvement efforts using evidence-based practices. You will collaborate with the care team, monitor patients, and continuously evaluate outcomes across units.

Qualified candidates are licensed RNs with BLS, typically 1 year of nursing experience; BSN is preferred. You will document thoroughly in the EMR and may float to meet patient care needs while upholding safety and ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a board of nursing approved nursing education program.
• BSN preferred in the context of the job requirements.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
