Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to join our care team in Ohio. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with physicians, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include coordination of care, patient education, and ongoing evaluation of outcomes. Candidates must hold an Ohio RN license, earn BLS, and ACLS within 6 months if assigned to high-acuity units; BSN within five years of hire is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed to practice in Ohio.
• BSN within 5 years of hire is preferred.
• BLS certification required prior to patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire in step-down and ICU areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and nursing diagnoses.
• Plan and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implement care and educate patient and family.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care as needed.
• Maintain documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Demonstrate leadership and contribute to staff development.
