Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a population-specific patient group within its unit. The RN will collaborate with the health care team, document progress, and ensure safe, therapeutic care aligned with organizational standards.

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required; BSN is preferred. NH RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• One year of clinical nursing experience.
• Certification, Registration & Licensure: RN - New Hampshire Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Bases nursing actions by applying principles of purposeful, organized thinking to make clinical judgments/decisions.
• Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment and interprets data to plan and implement interventions.
• Develops, evaluates and revises patient's plan of care and nursing actions in response to patient needs.
• Administers medications to patients and leads the health care team.
