Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within an interdisciplinary team in New Jersey. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, implement treatments, and evaluate outcomes while ensuring safety and quality care across units.

The role requires an NJ RN license, BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire, and at least six months of nursing experience or participation in the Nurse Residency program.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of an Associate Degree in Nursing or diploma.
• Current RN license to practice in NJ by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate patient care and discharge planning for selected populations.
• Provide education and coordinate care using evidence-based nursing practices.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using point-of-care systems.
