Hackensack Meridian Health is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate patient care within a collaborative, patient-centered team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care while coordinating with physicians, therapists and support staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

Competenze

• Associate in Nursing or nursing diploma required.
• BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within three years (for hires after Nov 2019).
• Six or more months of relevant nursing experience OR Nurse Residency participation.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients per evidence-based policies and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care, delegate tasks, and communicate with patients and families.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety and quality of care.
