Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient duration via nursing process: database, nursing diagnosis, and reassessment.
• Plan care: written plan of care, family coordination, discharge planning.
• Implement care: administer meds/IVs, monitor conditions, document status.
• Coordinate care: daily patient assignment, supervise ancillary staff, collaborate with health team.
